Job Description

As the Project Engineer, you will report directly to a Project Manager and support all phases of project delivery on interior construction projects.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Assist with schedule coordination, updates, and progress tracking
  • Support procurement of materials, subcontractor scopes, and long‑lead items
  • Maintain organized digital records across secure and non‑secure projects
  • Participate in jobsite walks, quality control checks, and punch lists
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with estimating tasks including takeoffs, bid reviews, and scope analysis

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Engineer role, we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 0-3 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Exposure to high end office interiors and/or secure facility projects preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
  • Interest in secure facility requirements (prior experience a plus, not required)
