An established General Contractor in Central Ohio, my client does projects in healthcare, higher-ed, industrial, and retail. Description
- Manage administrative construction duties, including document control
- Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
- Assist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs
- Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operations
- Assist with pre-construction tasks, including estimating and quantification
- Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists
The Successful Applicant
- 1-4 years of experience working in construction field
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience with relevant contractor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Procore experience is a plus
- Strong desire to advance within the organization
- Strong scheduling and organization skills
- Ability to interface with clients and sub-contractors
