Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or engineering roles (internships count).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
