Job Description

Project Management

  • Support overall project delivery including budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Assist in developing estimates and value engineering solutions
  • Coordinate and manage the subcontractor bidding process
  • Track and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Help negotiate subcontracts and material procurement
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Participate in project closeout activities



Field & Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
  • Support coordination between owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Participate in jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams



Leadership & Client Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and project success
  • Assist with client presentations, interviews, and business development efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency with construction management software and document control systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
