Job Description
Work hand in hand with a Project Manager to take projects from start to finishManage small owner consultants and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlinesMaintain knowledge of tasks, sequences, milestones and critical path eventsForecast delays in timing, materials or resourcesReview invoices, pay applications and change orders to assure pricing accurate, fair and comprehensiveCoordinate all site photography and as-built record keepingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of construction management experienceBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management (preferred but not required)Working knowledge of field construction: systems, practices, safety and proceduresKnowledge of basic accounting, budgeting, and cost allocation proceduresSolid problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
