Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to schedules.
  • Manage budgets, procurement processes, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Monitor progress and performance, identifying risks and resolving technical challenges promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
