Job Description



  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities align strictly with project drawings and technical specifications to maintain our high standards of excellence.


  • Documentation Management: Lead the distribution and coordination of critical project communication, including RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders.


  • Logistics Oversight: Oversee the procurement lifecycle by ensuring all material orders are executed accurately and delivered to the site on schedule.


  • Schedule & Workflow: Drive the project timeline to meet every deadline, maintaining a consistent workflow through proactive coordination of all onsite subcontractors.


  • Administrative Precision: Manage daily project documentation and maintain meticulously organized field sets, including the latest drawings, specs, and compliance records.


  • Subcontractor Relations: Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with our trade partners to ensure seamless collaboration and site efficiency.


  • Site Standards: Partner with Site Superintendents to guarantee that all projects are clean, organized, and meet rigorous safety protocols.


  • Professional Development: Actively engage in company-wide training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends and internal best practices.

The Successful Applicant



  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.


  • Industry Experience: At least 1+ year of professional experience within a General Contracting environment.


  • Sector Expertise: Previous exposure to commercial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable and considered a significant plus.


  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.


  • Growth Mindset: A proactive individual with a genuine desire to learn and evolve; we are looking for someone eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility as our firm grows.
