Identifies and documents changes in scope. Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Assists in determining the scope of procurement and buy-outs and monitors progress. Provides Superintendent's with immediate project assistance to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted properlyProcure, track and follow up on all critical and long lead material and equipment items. Manage, analyze and review the project specifications to ensure compliance with the contract documents in order to complete the submittal process.Ensures the project team has the current project documents for their use. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and all other parties.The Successful ApplicantMinimum bachelor's degree in a construction related fieldComputer literate - spreadsheet, word processing, scheduling, project management and databases. Strong verbal and written abilities for construction communication with design professionals and field personnel.
