Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in day‑to‑day project operations
  • Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and design partners
  • Assist with project scheduling, procurement, buyouts, and cost tracking
  • Perform regular job site visits and field coordination
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and warranty turnover
  • Help maintain project safety, quality, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of industry experience, ideally with exposure to full project lifecycles
  • Strong General Contracting background
  • Experience with complex commercial construction projects
  • Exposure to one or more of the following project types:
    • Commercial
    • Healthcare
    • Senior Living
    • Multi‑family
    • Education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct multiple job site visits each week
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
