• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project strategies and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on all project sites.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
