Job Description

The Project Executive will:

  • Act as the construction representative in customer relations
  • Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects and sub-contractors
  • Ensure the organization's existing client relationships are enhanced even further
  • Identify new opportunities to increase market share and company revenue
  • Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities to ensure the organization's targets are met
  • Review preparation of proposals
  • Work with VP of Operations in forecasting construction personnel and requirements for projects
  • Visit job sites regularly to check in on progress
  • Ensure the organization's general economic and financial conditions are taken into consideration to ensure the company's goals are met and matched with available resources
  • Provide support to operations team to ensure existing clients are engaged and happy with the service they are receiving

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive would have:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a construction manager related role
  • Familiarity with commercial, healthcare and light industrial construction projects
  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Primavera is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading successful project teams
