Project Executive - Commercial Construction

• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
• Manage the budget and estimate costs
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower
• Ensure supplies and equipment are delivered on time
• Interface with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
