Job Description

  • Provide executive oversight for multiple light industrial and cold storage construction projects
  • Lead project teams to ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are achieved
  • Partner with preconstruction teams on pursuits, estimating strategy, and risk management
  • Serve as the primary executive contact for owners, developers, and key stakeholders
  • Guide project executives, senior project managers, and superintendents through execution
  • Drive best practices across logistics, cold storage systems, and specialty trade coordination
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and contractual compliance
  • Support business development through client relationships and repeat project opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership responsibility
  • Proven background delivering light industrial, warehouse, distribution, or cold storage projects
  • Experience managing multiple large, ground-up projects and project teams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of cold storage systems, logistics facilities, and industrial construction workflows
  • Demonstrated success in client management, team leadership, and financial oversight
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
