Project Executive - Commercial Construction

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key project team members to promote collaboration and project success.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the timely procurement of materials and resources.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the plan.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and present project updates to executive leadership and clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
