A Project Executive in construction is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing multiple projects or large, complex ones from a strategic and operational standpoint. They serve as the primary liaison between ownership, clients, and internal project teams-ensuring alignment of goals, budgets, schedules, and quality across all phases of construction.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Oversight: Provide executive leadership across multiple projects, ensuring they meet financial goals, client expectations, and company standards.


  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships and addressing high-level concerns or changes.


  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, forecasts, contracts, and profitability; approve major expenditures and change orders.


  • Team Leadership: Mentor project managers, superintendents, and other staff, promoting professional growth and consistency in project delivery.


  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements.


  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to business development, project acquisition, and overall company growth strategy.


  • Quality & Performance: Uphold company standards for construction quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
