Job Description

Provide executive-level leadership for a large-scale data center project.
Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
Oversee project teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Drive strategic decisions and mentor senior project managers
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts, identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the healthcare team.
Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the healthcare division.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on healthcare projects and leading a team
Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong track record of delivering complex healthcare construction projects successfully.
Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, codes, and regulations.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
