Job Description

Lead hotel construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee project financials, approve expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality.
Develop and monitor project timelines, addressing delays and ensuring on-time delivery.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards specific to hotel construction.
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Supervise project managers and site teams, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.

Proven track record in hotel or commercial construction with leadership in ground-up projects.

Proficient in scheduling, risk assessment, and problem-solving to ensure timely completion.
Deep understanding of hospitality construction standards, codes, and luxury brand requirements.
Ability to engage with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
