Job Description

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects in the light industrial/data space from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining project quality and client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
