Job Description



  • Lead data center and mission-critical projects across Texas, including a current $250M ground-up facility in Fort Worth.


  • Partner with senior leadership on project delivery, operations, and strategic growth.


  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, trade partners, and internal teams.


  • Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.


  • Ensure projects are executed with strong focus on safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

The Successful Applicant



  • Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area with strong industry network.


  • Proven Project Executive or Senior Project Manager with at least 3 completed ground-up data center projects.


  • Extensive experience with structural, MEP, and complex mission-critical systems.


  • Comfortable splitting time between office leadership and active site presence.


  • Driven, hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.



What's on Offer



  • Base salary up to $220,000


  • 30% annual performance bonus
