Job Description

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of public sector construction projects within the property industry.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
