Job Description

Lead multiple light industrial construction projects with strong focus on quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
Direct all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction planning, design coordination, bidding, procurement, and field execution.
Build trusted relationships with clients and trade partners while upholding a culture rooted in integrity and performance.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to deliver cost‑effective, high‑functioning industrial facilities.
Provide executive‑level leadership to project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
Manage project financials, risk mitigation strategies, change orders, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and organizational quality standards.
Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management with strong emphasis on industrial or light industrial projects.
In depth understanding and prior expereince in estimating, preconstruction, acting as a porject manager and supervising day to day work.
Deep understanding of industrial building project types such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers-aligning with the NAICS 236210 industrial building construction category.
Demonstrated success overseeing large‑scale, multi‑phase construction projects.
Strong communication, client‑facing, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects across diverse markets.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
