Job Description

Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout. The PX will oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and negotiations.
Monitor project performance and financials, including budgets, schedules, profitability, and risk management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and contract requirements.
Resolve high-level issues and conflicts quickly and effectively.
Lead and support business development efforts.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years of industry experience
Proven success managing large, complex projects ($30M - $250M+). Project types can include: Higher Education, Federal, Municipal, Commercial, Health Care
Demonstrated history of managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6).
