Job Description



  • Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout. The PX will oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously


  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards.


  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and negotiations.


  • Monitor project performance and financials, including budgets, schedules, profitability, and risk management.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.


  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and contract requirements.


  • Resolve high-level issues and conflicts quickly and effectively.


  • Lead and support business development efforts.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.


  • 10+ years of industry experience


  • Proven success managing large, complex projects ($30M - $250M+). Project types can include: Higher Education, Federal, Municipal, Commercial, Health Care


  • Demonstrated history of managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously


  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.


  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6).
