Job Description

Project Executive - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:

Lead multiple projects and teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
Serve as the executive liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and driving repeat business.
Oversee project financials - budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
Support business development and preconstruction efforts, including pursuits and contract negotiations.
Manage risk, safety, and compliance across all projects.
Mentor and develop Project Managers and field leaders.
Ensure consistent execution of company standards, processes, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Executive - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte should have:

10+ years of experience in Project Manager w/ Commercial General Contractor
Experience leading large-scale ground up Light Industrial and/or Commercial projects (25M+)
Bachelors Degree in Construction related field is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus
