Job Description

Description
- Act as the construction representative in customer relations
- Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects and sub-contractors
- Review preparation of proposals
- Work with VP of Operations in forecasting construction personnel and requirements for projects
- Oversee Project Management staff
- Visit jobsites regularly to check in on progress
- Participate in department meetings
- Ensure that associates are adhering to all company policy and procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a construction manager related role
- Familiarity with commercial and light industrial construction projects
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Primavera is a plus
- Proven track record of leading successful project teams
