Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors
  • Implement and enforce safety and compliance measures
  • Report on project progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Participate in new business development activities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

  • Experience on high-rise projects
  • Hospitality construction experience is a big plus
  • A proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring project teams
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills
