As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Executive to join our team.

Job Description

As a Construction Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


  • Lead project planning and development, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to drive collaboration and resolve issues proactively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, budget forecasts, and other key performance indicators to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in construction project management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
