Project Manager- $100M Multifamily Project

• Manage all phases of a $100M multifamily construction project, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project quality and adherence to plans.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules and budgets as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on-site.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
