This Project Manager position offers the chance to step into a highly active pipeline with a respected Texas general contractor experiencing rapid growth. With several projects recently awarded, this role is critical to supporting both corporate office interiors and the expansion of the industrial construction portfolio.

Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will manage projects from preconstruction through close‑out.

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial and industrial projects
  • Manage multiple smaller projects or a single large project valued up to $30-$50 million
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Oversee cost control, change management, and contract administration
  • Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business
  • Support growth of the industrial construction sector through relationships and execution
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong corporate office or Class A interiors background
  • Industrial construction experience or relationships highly preferred
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or similar
  • Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and client‑facing experience
