The company fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, with a focus on employee development and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionAs Project Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of multifamily projects ranging from 25 to 140 units, including luxury condos and phased developments. You'll be responsible for managing project execution, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationshipsOversee a small team of Assistant Project Managers and field staffEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and company standardsUtilize Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation and coordinationCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues proactivelyAttend site visits (approx. 30%) and coordinate with field teamsContribute to company growth and culture through leadership and mentorshipMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
