Job Description

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring all phases meet the firm's high standards for quality, communication, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and keep projects moving smoothly.
Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and field coordination to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Foster a team‑oriented culture built on accountability, partnership, and long‑standing trust.
Apply broad project experience to adapt to different work types while maintaining consistent excellence.

The Successful Applicant

Strong tenure and steady career progression within reputable construction firms.
Experience with country club, high‑end commercial, or hospitality projects (country club experience preferred).
Proven ability to manage complex builds with professionalism and problem‑solving skill.
Flexible background across multiple project types is highly valued.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
