Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
  • Oversee procurement and manage contracts and change orders
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial/automotive construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
