Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, professional communication
  • Ensure strict compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and client requirements
  • Support scheduling and logistics for projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience with municipal, correctional, aviation, or public-sector projects strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Must be professional, well-spoken, and ability to pass background and drug screening (required for DOC projects)
  • Willingness to travel as needed with provided accommodations
