Job Description

  • Own project delivery: budgets, schedules, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and resolve issues quickly
  • Lead weekly meetings with owners, architects, and subs; keep stakeholders aligned
  • Manage multi‑site programs and repeat client prototypes (where applicable)
  • Maintain cost control and document management from buyout to closeout
  • Ensure quality, safety, permitting, and inspections are on track
  • Deliver a smooth turnover and clean punch/closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6+ years in commercial construction with ground‑up retail project experience
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and buyout; comfortable with fast‑track delivery
  • Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, core/shell, MEP coordination, and interiors
  • Proven ability to run RFIs, submittals, COs, pay apps, and partner with field leadership
  • Excellent client communication and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • A proactive, organized PM who thrives in fast-paced, repeat‑client environments
