Project Manager - Bronx - Multifamily Construction

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all project sites.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare detailed reports upon completion.
