Project Manager - Builder Developer - Multifamily Construction

The Project Manager - Ground Up Multifamily Building - Boston will have the following responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals and maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Monitor on-site activities though communication with the field staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and design specifications.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or delays, maintaining a problem-solving mindset throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track progress, address concerns, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
