A growing multifamily developer-builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Charlotte team. This role will oversee multiple Class-A, garden-style multifamily projects across North and South Carolina, partnering closely with Superintendents as the Carolinas pipeline expands.

The Charlotte office is positioned for significant expansion, anticipating four or more new project starts per year. The company focuses on developing and constructing high-quality, Class-A multifamily communities with full amenities and a steady pipeline across NC and SC.

Job Description

  • Manage 2-3 multifamily construction projects as the regional pipeline progresses
  • Oversee 200-350 unit, Class-A garden-style developments with clubhouses and amenities
  • Work closely with Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents across all active job sites
  • Split time between the Charlotte office (2 days/week) and project sites (3 days/week)
  • Report to the Operations Manager and Director of Construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Charlotte Multifamily should have:

  • Experienced multifamily Project Manager with ground-up construction expertise
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across NC and SC
  • Strong leadership working directly with field teams
  • Able to support projects from preconstruction through closeout

Base Salary: $122,000-$180,000 (paid once monthly)

  • Discretionary 10% annual bonus (eligible Dec 2026 after first full year)
