About Our Client

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close‑out
  • Lead budgeting, estimating support, scheduling, and subcontractor procurement
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
  • Oversee project documentation, financials, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to drive successful project delivery

Job Description

  • 4+ years of commercial Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to run projects independently in the $5M-$50M range
  • Strong communication and client‑facing presence
  • Experience with interiors, commercial, institutional, or industrial projects preferred
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple scopes simultaneously

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
