Job Description

The Civil Construction Project Manager will:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any project-related challenges in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all documentation and permits are in place and properly maintained.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • A solid understanding of civil construction practices within the property industry.
  • Proven project experience within civil, infrastructure, utilities and/or sitework construction
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
