Job Description

Project Manager - Manufacturing / Cleanroom / Life Sciences - Traveling PM - Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects across sectors such as cleanrooms, labs, healthcare, and high-performance manufacturing
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, cost control, scheduling, and field oversight
  • Review complex MEP drawings, ensure safety compliance, and resolve field challenges
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and clients from precon through closeout
  • Travel nationwide (2 weeks on-site / extended weekends at home)

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Manufacturing / Cleanroom / Life Sciences - Traveling PM - Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in one or more of the following areas:

  • Cleanrooms / Controlled Environments
  • Life Sciences / Biopharma / Lab
  • Advanced MEP or HVAC-heavy Construction
  • Healthcare or Industrial



- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam (preferred)

- Engineering or Construction Management degree (preferred)

- Must be open to full national travel and long-term field rotations

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
  • Annual Bonus Program
