Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial and Healthcare Projects will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
  • Leading subcontractor procurement, coordination, and communication.
  • Serving as primary contact for owners, architects, and field teams.
  • Reviewing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and support field operations.
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Driving meetings, documentation, and timely project updates.
  • Partnering with Superintendents to maintain schedule and resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Commercial and Healthcare Projects should have:

  • 6+ years of commercial construction PM experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects up to $10M
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Superintendents and field teams.
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Timberline a plus).
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team‑oriented mindset aligned with a collaborative office culture.
