Employees enjoy modern tech tools and a competitive benefits package including generous PTO, healthcare, 401k match, and more.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Commercial and Healthcare Projects will be responsible for:Managing commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout.Overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.Leading subcontractor procurement, coordination, and communication.Serving as primary contact for owners, architects, and field teams.Reviewing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.Conducting site visits to monitor progress and support field operations.Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.Driving meetings, documentation, and timely project updates.Partnering with Superintendents to maintain schedule and resolve issues.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
