Job Description

The Project Manager will:



  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.


  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and field personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


  • Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.


  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager Candidate will have:



  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably within the Columbus or Midwest market.


  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and project lifecycle from pre-construction through close-out.


  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.


  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.


  • 5+ years of relevant construction project management experience is strongly preferred.
