Since 1993, they have been providing comprehensive construction solutions, including general contracting, construction management, design-build, and value engineering. They specialize in the healthcare sector but also work across education, government, retail, pharmaceutical, and commercial interiors.

Job Description

Position OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from $500K to $20M. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
Monitor project progress, resolving any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with zoning, permitting, and safety regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct site evaluations, value engineering, and risk management assessments.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Strong background in healthcare, education, government, retail, or commercial interiors is preferred.
Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $500K to $20M.
Experience with zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
