Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will lead all aspects of project execution and report into senior operations leadership. You will oversee your project team and ensure successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing schedule, budget, quality, and safety across assigned K‑12 projects
  • Serving as the primary client interface to maintain collaboration and trust
  • Leading subcontractor coordination, procurement, and onsite performance
  • Driving progress meetings, documentation, and project reporting
  • Overseeing change management, RFIs, submittals, and cost controls
  • Ensuring compliance with district requirements and construction standards
  • Supporting internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience delivering K‑12 construction projects with a general contractor
  • Strong understanding of ground‑up or major renovation work for educational facilities
  • Ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractor performance
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills
  • Local market experience and no travel requirements
