Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Needham, MA

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the job site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams.
