Project Manager - Commercial Construction - New York, New York

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and management of project budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Identify and address potential project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
