Our client is a large, well-established commercial general contractor with a strong footprint across the Southeast. Known for delivering complex renovations and ground-up projects for repeat clients, they offer a collaborative environment, steady backlog, and the ability to gain exposure across multiple construction sectors.

Job Description



  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of commercial projects


  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management


  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams


  • Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation


  • Attend project meetings and assist with client communication


  • Track project progress and help resolve issues proactively

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager at a commercial GC


  • Open to candidates with limited experience or seasoned PMs


  • Background in retail, grocery, industrial, or renovation projects preferred


  • Strong organizational and communication skills


  • Willingness to grow with a fast-moving construction team
