Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations and company objectives.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure adherence to plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to streamline communication and resolve project challenges.
  • Enforce compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations to mitigate risks and ensure site safety.
  • Optimize workflow efficiencies by implementing best practices and improving project execution strategies.
  • Deliver progress reports, budget updates, and project documentation to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, scope changes, and pricing with vendors and subcontractors to maintain cost control.
  • Lead project meetings, conduct site inspections, and proactively address potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure high-quality standards by conducting final walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout procedures.

  • Experience:
    • Significant experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in big box and light industrial projects.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
