As their client base and regional presence expand, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help support increasing workload and continue their push into new markets. This role offers the opportunity to step into a high‑impact position delivering ground‑up commercial projects in the $20M-$30M range.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage ground‑up commercial projects, typically $20M-$30M.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control.
  • Manage large‑scale jobs such as retail site developments, specialty facilities (e.g., coffee roasting plant), and downtown build‑outs.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership/leadership during this period of organizational growth.
  • Represent the GC professionally with repeat clients and new market relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a major GC or reputable mid‑size builder.
  • Proven ability to lead projects up to at least $50M.
  • Strong project leadership, scheduling, and client‑facing skills.
  • Stable work history - ideally no more than 2-3 employers over the last 10 years.
  • Background with respected GCs
