Job Description



  • Lead day‑to‑day onsite operations for traveling commercial and institutional construction projects.
  • Supervise subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain daily production targets.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA compliance and site‑specific standards.
  • Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation and quality execution.
  • Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment coordination, and manpower planning.
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding progress, issues, and resource needs.
  • Conduct daily reports, maintain documentation, and support schedule updates.
  • Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction across multiple project locations.
  • Assist in turnover, punch lists, and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial, institutional, or specialty construction projects.


  • Background in one or more sectors such as higher education, historic renovation, multifamily, medical, commercial, industrial, or hospitality.


  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain efficiency on fast‑moving jobsites.


  • Excellent blueprint reading and technical understanding across all major building systems.


  • A proactive, solutions‑driven leadership style with excellent communication skills.


  • Strong commitment to safety, site organization, and quality control.


  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to job sites throughout the Southeast.


  • Ability to maintain professionalism while interfacing with owners, design teams, and inspection authorities.
