About Our Client

Our client has over 40 years of experience in the commercial construction space in Alabama. Commercial construction including higher education, education, hospitality, municipal, light industrial, and large commercial retail are the focuses for this general contractor.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation as required.

  • Ground up new construction in the following markets: light industrial, education, municipal, retail, healthcare
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and project timelines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
